Black Budget es una banda de desert punk de Toronto caracterizada por guitarras atronadoras, una batería agresiva y un bajo demoledor, que ofrece actuaciones en directo explosivas. La banda está fichada por el sello neoyorquino King Pizza Records y acaba de lanzar su último sencillo, "GRUMP".
Black Budget reúne cuatro riffs de rock incandescentes que combinan el espíritu y la energía del punk con el ritmo y la potencia del metal, todo ello interpretado con voces feroces y letras cínicas. Black Budget ha teloneado a bandas de punk como Teenage Bottlerocket, Death Lens, The Queers y Teen Mortgage.
Su dinámica presencia escénica y su intensidad cruda les valieron un lugar en el NXNE entre 2022 y 2025, así como una presentación en la Canadian Music Week en 2023. En 2025, Black Budget actuó en Music Mondays de Music Ontario en El Mocambo y en VENUExVENUE en London, Ontario.
