Black Budget é uma banda de desert punk de Toronto caracterizada por guitarras estrondosas, bateria agressiva e um baixo devastador, que proporciona performances ao vivo explosivas. A banda tem contrato com a gravadora King Pizza Records, de Nova York, e acaba de lançar seu mais recente single, "GRUMP".
Black Budget reúne quatro riffs de rock incandescentes que combinam o espírito e a energia do punk com o ritmo e a potência do metal, tudo executado com vocais ferozes e letras cínicas. Black Budget já fez shows de abertura para bandas punk como Teenage Bottlerocket, Death Lens, The Queers e Teen Mortgage.
